Cleansing Skin Care Strategy

Did you know that a majority of commercially produced skin cleansers are highly alkaline, and contribute to common skin problems and imbalances?  The number of low pH cleansers and pH balanced formulas has a limited market regardless of whether the product is a drugstore brand or high end.

Skin care practices can contribute to the development of problem and aging skin conditions by using inappropriate cleansers, skin scrubbers, and topicals, that seemingly will correct the problem and yet it ends up destroying the barriers and protective mantle of your skin.
Women spend an average of 20 seconds, once a day cleansing their skin.  This is not enough time to really cleanse your skin as skin pores become clogged and the skin becomes blocked up and then blotchiness begins to occur.   You have to know your ingredients or at least have an understanding of ph balance.

Here is ph balance lesson 101-The pH scale measures how acidic or alkaline a substance is, with the pH scale ranging from 0 to 14.  A pH of 7 is neutral.  A pH less than 7 is considered acidic, and a pH greater than 7 is considered alkaline.
